(Contracts Management Officer)
Samuel Noi works as a liaison between the Directorate and the main Accounts of the National Catholic Secretariat. He assists with making budgets and cash requests for the various projects of the Directorate. He also helps with the accounting functions of the Directorate.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Sociology from the University of Ghana.
Samuel likes football, reading and music.
