(Health Service Administrator)
Peter Nartey Batsa works as Deputy Coordinator with the Health Systems Management Unit of the Directorate. He joined the Service in September 2013 shortly after graduating from the University of Ghana with an MBA in Health Services Management. He has a vast experience in teaching and mentoring. He is also familiar with information systems management, banking & finance.
He currently supports in organizing capacity development training for Administrators, Human Resource Officers and Health Information Officers, among others. He also serves as lead coordinator & facilitator for the Institute for Reproductive Health, Georgetown University’s Cross-sector Collaboration Project in Ghana.
Peter has passion for health management and seeks to deepen his knowledge and experience in Strategic Quality Management, Project Management, Healthcare Governance and Leadership, to help the Directorate remain relevant within the health sector of Ghana.
He loves meeting with peers, cooking and backyard farming for leisure.
