Margaret Louis – Tagbor

(Administrative Officer HSM)

Mrs. Margaret Louis-Tagbor has been working with the National Catholic Secretariat since 1979 in various departments such as the then Department of Health and the National Catholic Service Centre [Visa Section]. Currently, Margaret works as an Administrative Officer in the Health System Management Unit (HSM) in the Health Directorate, providing Administrative support to the HSM Co-ordinator. She plans and co-ordinates events and also assists in Human Resource Management in facilitating Posting of Health Personnel to NCHS facilities.

Margaret has obtained Stenography Secretarial Grade I from Achimota Business College and Ghana Government Secretarial School. She also has certificates in HIV/AIDS Voluntary Counseling and Testing [VCT] and Reproductive Health from the University of Ghana, Legon and Project Planning and Management.  In addition, Margaret holds a Certificate in Administration and Management as well as Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from GIMPA.

Mrs. Louis-Tagbor has passion for Health Care especially in Reproductive Health. Her professional interest is in Health Management and Policy Planning. Her hobbies are dancing, singing, reading, meeting and interacting with people from different backgrounds.
